abstract The invention discloses novel piperidine derivatives which are represented by the following general formula (I). The derivatives are a muscarine acetylcholinergic receptor selective antagonist, wherein R1 and R2 respectively independently represent a hydrogen atom or straight-chain or branched-chain alkyl group containing 1-3 carbon atoms, and R3 represents a hydrogen atom or halogen. Besides, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the derivatives and application of the derivatives as a muscarine acetylcholinergic receptor antagonist.
