titleOfInvention Side rectification and azeotropic rectification integrated acetone-acetic acid-water separation method
abstract The invention relates to a side rectification and azeotropic rectification integrated acetone-acetic acid-water separation method which comprises the following steps of: feeding raw materials into a side rectifying tower T1 from a raw material feed port of the tower, and performing side discharge rectification; condensing the enrichment liquid at the tower top to obtain acetone of which the content is greater than or equal to 99.7%; continuously extracting an aqueous solution of acetic acid from a side extraction port; discharging a solution containing solid impurities in time at the tower bottom; feeding the aqueous solution of acetic acid into an azeotropic rectification tower T2 from a feed port of the tower, and enabling the aqueous solution of acetic acid to contact with an entrainer fed from an entrainer feed port to finish azeotropic rectification; obtaining an aqueous solution containing the entrainer from the tower top, condensing by a condenser and feeding into a phase separator, and standing for layering; obtaining the entrainer from the upper-layer oil phase, wherein one part of the entrainer returns into the tower as reflux, and the other part is recycled; treating the lower-layer water phase and directly discharging; and obtaining acetic acid of which the content is greater than or equal to 98.94%. According to the method provided by the invention, the investment cost of the equipment and the energy consumption of the process are reduced, the cost is saved, and the phenomenon of tower plate blocking or stuffing by solid particular impurities in actual production is effectively overcome.
