The preparation method comprises the steps as follows: the medicinal materials are cleaned, dried, ground and sterilized; then the materials are mixed according to a formula proportion, placed into a pottery, a wooden barrel or a pool built through cement, water is added, dipping is performed, then the materials are heated by steam for three times, and effective ingredients are extracted from the materials; filtering is performed, a liquid medicine is made into an extract; then the extract is dried, crushed and ground into powder; and finally the powder is crushed into tablets or filled in capsules, so that the Miao medicine is obtained.
