titleOfInvention Method for improving salt tolerance of festuca ovina by hybrid seed soaking liquid of sludge and rare earth
abstract The invention discloses a method for improving the salt tolerance of festuca ovina by hybrid seed soaking liquid of sludge and rare earth. The hybrid seed soaking liquid of the sludge and the rare earth is composed of a sludge leaching solution and a rare earth solution with the ratio of the weight part of the sludge leaching solution to the weight part of the rare earth solution as 1:1. The sludge leaching solution is formed by the facts that the ratio of the weight part of the sludge to the weight part of distilled water is 1:2, the sludge and the distilled water are mixed, then placed for 24 hours and filtered to obtain the needed sludge leaching solution. The rare earth solution is the water solution of Ce (NO3) 3.6 H2O or La (NO3) 3.6 H20 with the concentration of 100-300mg. L-1. Experiment results show that the hybrid seed soaking liquid of the sludge and the rare earth has a certain stabilizing effect on malonaldehyde and praline of the festuca arundinacea under salt stress and on relative electrical conductivity.
