An expression vector of functional genes in a large laboratory animal with a high expression rate and a high transmembrane rate is obtained finally. The vector belongs to the field of cell and molecular biology. The expression vector of functional genes as constructed in the invention has a large quantity of enzyme digestion sites and a big scope for gene selection; the in-vitro transcriptional level of target genes can be regulated and controlled accurately. Expressed proteins can be introduced into mammalian cells. The transduction has a high efficiency and a high speed. The method is applicable for a research on gene functions. The expression vector of functional genes in a large laboratory animal related to in the invention can provide a convenient and effective gene delivery tool for genetic engineering, cell engineering, immunology and molecular biology as well as other life science researches; the expression vector can also proved a new way for the research on the genetic regulatory mechanism of large laboratory animals. |
