titleOfInvention Bright red gravure printing ink and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a bright red gravure printing ink. The bright red gravure printing ink comprises the following ingredients in parts by weight: 34-35 parts of 20% EVA-40W resin/methylbenzene liquid, 8-9 parts of chloric ether MP-45 resin/methylbenzene liquid, 12-14 parts of 20% chlorinated polypropylene resin/methylbenzene liquid, 1-2 parts of antistatic agent 3500#/methylbenzene liquid, 8.5-30 parts of methylbenzene, 2.0-7.5 parts of butanone, 0.1-1 part of 881# organic bentonite, 0.1-1 part of 4# fumed silica and 1.0-30 parts of organic pigments. According to the bright red gravure printing ink and a preparation method thereof, the printing ink is bright in color, strong in tinting strength and low in cost, has an expressive force being higher than 90-95%, is completely dried within 0.8 second, can be widely applied and can continuously replace the conventional products.
