titleOfInvention Ceramic glaze with composite mold resistance
abstract The invention discloses a ceramic glaze with composite mold resistance. The ceramic glaze is composed of the following chemical components by weight percent: 41-83% of SiO2, 2.5-18% of Al2O3, not more than 4.3% of CeO2, not more than 1.9% of Ag3PO4, 1.1-6.7% of TiO2, 0.11-3.6% of ZnO, not more than 3.91% of CuO, 0.01-0.85% of MnO, 0.01-0.57% of BaO, not more than 7.6% of ZrO, not more than 7.8% of CaO, 0.01-0.57% of Fe2O3, not more than 5.1% of MgO, not more than 0.29% of B2O3, 0.11-5% of H3PO4, not more than 6% of H3BO3, not more than 2.5% of quartz powder, and the balance of normal ceramic glaze component and impurity element. The glazing, drying and sintering are performed on the ceramic according to demand so as to guarantee the good mold resistance of the ceramic.
