titleOfInvention | Ardipusilloside I slow-release implant tablets and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses ardipusilloside I slow-release implant tablets serving as an anti-glioma medicament and a preparation method thereof. The ardipusilloside I slow-release implant tablets prepared by using the method are prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 0.6 to 3.5 percent of ardipusilloside I, and 96.5 to 99.4 percent of biodegradable medicament-carrying polymer, wherein the weight percentage sum of the components is 100 percent. The implant tablets are prepared by adopting the preparation method comprising the steps of preparing microspheres from the ardipusilloside I and the medicament-carrying polymer and then tabletting, and are tablets capable of being implanted into the craniocerebral focus part. Through the degradation of the polymer in vivo, the ardipusilloside I can be slowly released to the craniocerebral tumor part at certain rate away from the blood brain barrier, the toxic reaction of the whole body is reduced, the bioavailability is improved, and the implant tablets have good biocompatibility. |
