abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing cigarette flaky carbonaceous heat source materials by calcium salt. The method includes the steps of mixing sodium alginate, ammonium alginate or potassium alginate with carbon powder and water according to a mass ratio of the sodium alginate, ammonium alginate or potassium alginate to the carbon powder of 1:5-45, stirring to colloids, then extruding the colloid into flakes, and enabling the flakes to fully contact with calcium salt solution to obtain cured substances; and subjecting the cured substances to rinsing and drying to enable moisture content to reach 10-20% so as to obtain the cigarette flaky carbonaceous heat source materials. Harm caused by the fact that fiberglass is inhaled into a human body is reduced, and combustibility of carbonaceous heat sources is improved; and the method has the advantages of simplicity, short production cycle, low cost and the like. |
