abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a light-emitting element with high luminous efficiency. In particular, an object of the present invention is to provide a white light-emitting device with high luminous efficiency. Another object of the present invention is to provide a light-emitting device and electronic equipment with low power consumption by using these light-emitting elements. A high-efficiency light-emitting device can be obtained by using a 2,9,10-triarylanthracene derivative in which an aryl group substituted with a diarylamino group is bonded to the 2-position of 9,10-diarylanthracene for a light-emitting device. The emission wavelength of this anthracene derivative is particularly suitable for a white light emitting element. By using this anthracene derivative in a white light-emitting device, a highly efficient white light-emitting device can be obtained.
