abstract The invention relates to an application of CRISP (cysteine-rich secretory protein)1 test paper for diagnosing carcinoma of maxillary sinus to preparation of a medical instrument for diagnosing carcinoma of maxillary sinus. The test paper comprises a bottom plate, a sample pad, a gold colloid pad, a nitrocellulose membrane layer and an absorbent paper layer, wherein the nitrocellulose membrane layer contains a test line of a bovine serum albumin-saliva CRISP1 conjugate and a quality control line of an anti-mouse second antibody; and the gold colloid pad contains a gold-labelled anti-saliva CRISP1 antibody complex formed by binding colloidal gold and an anti-saliva CRISP1 antibody. The test paper is quick in checking, has high sensitivity, strong specificity and good stability, is simple and convenient to operate, dispenses with any instrument, is intuitive and reliable in result judgment, is easy to master and is simultaneously convenient for patients to self-monitor the conditions.
