abstract The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a formaldehyde sensor with a sulfobenzide-based chain complex of copper as a sensitive material, belonging to the technical fields of sensitive materials and gas sensing. According to the manufacturing method, with the sulfobenzide-based chain complex as the sensitive material of the formaldehyde sensor, the quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) type formaldehyde sensor with excellent performance is established. The sensor makes full use of the advantages of high sensitivity, low cost, simple device, easy integration and easy realization of field continuous detection of a QCM sensitive element and the characteristic of high selectivity of the sulfobenzide-based chain complex to formaldehyde, so that the economic and environment-friendly mass sensor which has response sensitivity (the lower detection limit can reach the level of ten millions) on formaldehyde polluting indoor air, good sensitivity and good stability is manufactured. Meanwhile, a favorable sensitive material is also provided for QCM, and a new application prospect is opened up for the chain complex.
