abstract The present invention discloses a soil heavy metal biodegradation agent and a preparation method thereof. Main components of the soil heavy metal biodegradation agent comprise WH4 bacteria, WH15 bacteria, WH18 bacteria, WH20 bacterial, charcoal, an active organic material and vermiculite. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the WH4 bacteria, the WH15 bacteria, the WH18 bacteria and the WH20 bacteria according to a certain ratio to obtain a WH flora, adopting a WH flora second-class culture medium to carry out second-class bacterial culture on the WH flora, mixing the charcoal, the vermiculite, the active organic material and active bran bacterial of the WH flora according to the formula, carrying out room temperature fermentation for more than 10 days, and carrying out grinding and packaging to prepare the soil heavy metal biodegradation agent. With application of the soil heavy metal biodegradation agent in toxic heavy metal degradation in soil, significant effects are provided.
