abstract The invention discloses a lime flame-retardant foaming agent. The key points of the technical scheme of the lime flame-retardant foaming agent are as follows: the lime flame-retardant foaming agent is composed of quick lime, high-viscosity attapulgite clay powder, activated attapulgite clay, sodium bicarbonate, sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate, sodium polyacrylate, sodium pyrophosphate, ammonium polyphosphate and zinc borate; and the raw materials of lime flame-retardant foaming agent are blended, and then stirred, ground and packaged into the finished product of the lime flame-retardant foaming agent. After the lime flame-retardant foaming agent is mixed with water and stirred at a high speed, lots of gas is released quickly and porous foamed mud is formed; the foamed mud is sprayed through a high-pressure hydraulic monitor and directly used for extinguishing fire; the foamed mud stably covers a combustible material to form a foamed mud film; and the foamed mud film is capable of quickly isolating the combustible material from contacting with air and thus stopping the combustible material from burning continuously; as a result, the purposes of retarding flame and extinguishing fire are achieved. The lime flame-retardant foaming agent is suitable for producing flame-retarding and fire-extinguishing products, light plates, light walls and noise reduction products.
