titleOfInvention Method for preparing Na-A/X or Na-A/X/P cocrystal molecular sieve through lithium slag hydrothermal synthesis
abstract The invention relates to the technical fields of comprehensive utilization of lithium slag and production of zeolite molecular sieve materials and in particular relates to a method for preparing a Na-A/X or Na-A/X/P cocrystal molecular sieve through lithium slag hydrothermal synthesis. The method mainly comprises two steps: performing pretreatment on the raw materials and performing hydrothermal synthesis on the Na-A/X or Na-A/X/P cocrystal molecular sieve. In the preparation process, only lithium slag is used and any silicon or aluminum raw material is not added, so that the production cost can be greatly reduced; and meanwhile, the ratio of A, X and P in the Na-A/X or Na-A/X/P cocrystal molecular sieve is obtained by changing the process conditions in the synthesis process, so that the capacity of softening the washing water to the greatest degree is obtained.
