titleOfInvention | Device for preparing high-purity phosphorus pentafluoride gas by solid-phase method |
abstract | The invention provides a device for preparing a high-purity phosphorus pentafluoride gas by a solid-phase method. The device comprises a vertical fully-sealed furnace body and a bracket which is used for bearing the furnace body, wherein a furnace top cover is arranged at the upper end of the furnace body; a furnace hearth is arranged in the furnace body; a space mutually formed by the furnace body and the furnace hearth is arranged as an inert gas chamber communicated with a blower arranged outside the furnace body; a spiral stirring rod is arranged in the middle of the furnace body and driven by a motor system arranged on the furnace top cover; a material inlet as well as a gas inlet and outlet of the inert gas chamber are also formed in the furnace top cover; a waste material treatment opening is formed at the lower end of the furnace body; and the following requirements on the preparation of the high-purity phosphorus pentafluoride gas using the solid-phase method can be satisfied: (1) the whole system is fully sealed; (2) the temperature is accurately controlled and adjustable, and the error range falls within +/- 1 DEG C; (3) uniformity of mixing materials is guaranteed through sufficient stirring; and (4) waste materials are timely discharged without blocking. |
