titleOfInvention Preparation method of antimicrobial non-woven fabric adhesive tape
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of antimicrobial non-woven fabric adhesive tape. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (a) selecting and preparing materials, (b) preparing a basic layer, (c) processing a combined surface, (d) preparing a glue layer, and (e) carrying out post-processing on the tape. The preparation method of the antimicrobial non-woven fabric adhesive tape is reasonable in arrangement of processes, convenient to operate and moderate in cost. The tape has good air permeability, stretching performance and adhesive property. The tape is characterized in that an antibacterial fiber layer is additionally arranged in the basic layer of the tape, external bacteria are effectively prevented from intruding into a wound by the antibacterial fiber layer, and the rate of wound infection is reduced. Due to the fact that the antibacterial fiber layer is arranged in the middle of the basic layer, antimicrobial effective time of the tape can last longer, and the practical applicability of the tape is greatly improved.
