titleOfInvention | Preparation method of porous fiber with surface-enhanced Raman scattering effect |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a porous fiber with a surface-enhanced Raman scattering effect. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1), synthesizing silver nanowires; (2), washing the synthesized sliver nanowires and dispersing the silver nanowires in N, N-dimethyl formamide liquid to obtain dispersion liquid; adding polystyrene or polymethyl methacrylate particles and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed spinning solution; and (3), treating the mixed spinning liquid by an electrostatic spinning device to obtain the porous fiber on a receiving screen. The preparation method of the porous fiber with the surface-enhanced Raman scattering effect has the advantages that the silver nanowires are packaged inside the porous fiber by virtue of the electrostatic spinning way, so that the silver nanowires are unlikely interfered and damaged by the outside; and meanwhile, communicated nanometer pores are formed in the surface and the inner part of the porous fiber, so that target molecules can be quickly and efficiently transmitted to the surfaces of the silver nanowires in subsequent detection, and therefore, the surface-enhanced Raman scattering effect is improved. |
