titleOfInvention Preparation method of Qingdanone
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of Qingdanone. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: a. crushing stem leaves of Kalimeris, adding the crushed stem leaves into a supercritical extraction kettle and performing supercritical CO2 extraction by using ethanol as an entrainer; b. purifying an extractant by using neutral magnesium oxide column chromatography, performing gradient elution by using a petroleum ether-acetone mixed solvent, collecting the eluent and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain a crude extract; and c. separating the crude extract by using high-speed countercurrent chromatography, monitoring by using an ultraviolet detector, collecting the target component, and refrigerating and crystallizing to obtain the Qingdanone. The method is used for preparing the Qingdanone, so the process is simple, the efficiency is high, the content of the obtained product is high, and the method is suitable for industrialized production.
