abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of alpha-amido, delta-hydroxyl adipic acid derivatives. The preparation method comprises the step of reacting aryl diazo acetate, alcohol and alpha, beta-unsaturated imidate under the catalysis of rhodium acetate to synthesize the alpha-amido, delta-hydroxyl adipic acid derivatives. The preparation method provided by the invention is low in price of raw materials and easy in acquisition of raw materials, can be used for simultaneously constructing two chiral carbon atoms by adopting a one-kettle way, has the advantages of short preparation route, simplicity in operation, mild reaction conditions, high atom economy and high yield, can be used for conveniently and simultaneously obtaining alpha-amido, delta-hydroxyl adipic acid derivatives, provides diverse compound skeletons, and has very important significance for new drug screening and pharmaceutical process. |
