titleOfInvention Method for artificially synthesizing pterostilbene
abstract The invention relates to a method for artificially synthesizing pterostilbene. The current pterostilbene chemical synthesizing method generally uses a chemical-metered phosphorus reagent to carry out ethylenic bond synthesis, and a great amount of AlCl3 to carry out debenzylation reaction, so that the pollutant generation amount is large and the current method is not beneficial to environmental friendliness. The method for artificially synthesizing the pterostilbene comprises the following steps of: taking 3,5-dimethoxy benzyl chloride as a raw material; obtaining an intermediate (I) 3,5-dimethoxy-4'-benzyloxy toluylene by carrying out Grignard reaction and hydrolysis on benzyloxy benzaldehyde and dehydrating under the catalysis of a solid acid catalyst NaHSO4*SiO2; then catalyzing debenzylation by using the intermediate (I) through a catalyst RS001, so as to obtain a crude product; and obtaining a final product pterostilbene after purifying the crude product. The method for artificially synthesizing the pterostilbene provided by the invention uses the catalyst RS001, which is recycled and reused, so that the cost is reduced; and the used solid acid catalyst NaHSO4*SiO2 has the advantages of temper reaction conditions, simple post-treatment and small pollution. The method for artificially synthesizing the pterostilbene provided by the invention has the beneficial effects of simple process, moderate conditions and environmental friendliness.
