titleOfInvention Tool for kitchen
abstract The invention relates to a tool for a kitchen. The tool is molded by hot isostatic pressure, and comprises a matrix phase and a toughening phase, wherein a matrix material is Al2O3; the particle size of the matrix material is 100 to 200nm, and the mass percent of the Al2O3 is 90 to 95 percent; the toughening phase comprises nano TiO2 and nano MgO; the particle size of the nano TiO2 and the nano MgO is 20 to 30nm; the mass percent of the nano TiO2 is 4 to 8 percent; and the mass percent of the nano MgO is 1 to 2 percent. The tool for the kitchen adopts alumina as a matrix, and is low in cost, high in toughness and high in hardness; bacteria do not easily grow on the surface of the tool; and the tool can cut fish, meat, fruit, vegetable and the like cleanly and smoothly, and is anti-microbial, anti-fouling and convenient to clean.
