titleOfInvention Shaving board made of mudflat plants and manufacturing method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a shaving board made of mudflat plants and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method includes: 1) preparation of raw materials; 2) performance analysis of the raw materials; 3) preparation of wood shavings; 4) wood shaving drying; 5) sorting of the wood shavings; 6) unit storage; 7) sizing; 8) mat formation of the wood shavings after being sized; 9) slab pre-pressing; 10) hot pressing; 11) cooling; and 12) grading, storing and performance detecting. The manufacturing method has the advantages that, a great quantity of idle mudflat plants are effectively and comprehensively used, natural timber resources are saved, rice and wheat straw boards with isocyanate as adhesive on markets are replaced, large-scale development and production is achieved, supply and demand pressure for natural timber of rare trees in the domestic market is reduced by replacing a part of natural solid wood with the mudflat plants, cost of the shaving board made of mudflat plants is lower than a shaving board made of wood by using urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive which is low in price, and furthermore the manufacturing method is beneficial for facilitating implement of natural forest protection engineering and sustainable development of forestry and artificial board industries in China.
