titleOfInvention Method for rapidly breeding fritillaria pallidiflora by using tissue culture technique
abstract The invention discloses a method for rapidly breeding fritillaria pallidiflora by using a tissue culture technique. The method mainly comprises the steps of selecting and disinfecting explants, treating materials, inducing callus, carrying out subculture, carrying out rooting culture, seedling hardening, transplanting and the like, wherein the formation rate of the callus of the fritillaria pallidiflora is 93%, the proliferation rate is 6 times, the rooting percentage is 92%, the final survival rate is 90%, and the quality and the output of the fritillaria pallidiflora are both greatly improved; and moreover, the method simulates the growing environment of the fritillaria pallidiflora, the temperature is low in the culture process, chernozem is mainly taken as the culture medium, and the quality is greatly improved as the fritillaria pallidiflora grows in such a simulated wild environment.
