titleOfInvention Detection method of hydrogen peroxide in water sample
abstract The invention relates to detection of hydrogen peroxide, particularly a detection method of hydrogen peroxide in a water sample. The detection method of hydrogen peroxide in a water sample has is simple and quick, and has the advantages of high stability, high sensitivity and lower cost. The method comprises the following steps: 1) adding chitosan-dispersed graphene into a mixed solution containing hydrogen peroxide and indicator 3,3',5,5'-tetramethyl benzidine, carrying out spectral scanning at constant intervals in an ultraviolet spectrograph, and obtaining the maximum absorption peak of the tetramethyl benzidine oxidation product at the wavelength of 652nm; 2) fixing the concentrations of graphene and methyl diphenyl amine, changing the concentration of the hydrogen peroxide, measuring a time-absorbance curve at the wavelength of 652nm, and obtaining the hydrogen peroxide concentration-absorbance linear relationship; and 3) respectively preparing two hydrogen peroxide solutions with different concentrations by utilizing different water samples, and measuring the hydrogen peroxide solution according to the method in the step 2).
