titleOfInvention | High-yield ophiobolin compound strain aspergillus ustus TKYX429 and application thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to high-yield ophiobolin compound strain aspergillus ustus TKYX429 and application thereof, and belongs to the field of bioengineering. The aspergillus ustus TKYX429 is obtained by space mutation, is preserved at the China Center for Type Culture Collection, and named as aspergillus ustus TKYX429A spergillusustus TKYX429; the preservation number is CCTCCNO:M2013166; the aspergillus ustus TKYX429 can be used for preparing the ophiobolin compound; and the aspergillus ustus TKYX429 seed solution is inoculated on a solid fermentation culture to ferment. Therefore, the yield can be greatly improved; 40mg/L of fermentation product fermented by liquid in the past is improved to 3950mg/kg after the fermentation product is roughly extracted; the content of the ophiobolin compound in the crude extract is about 80% while 95% of ophiobolin compound is ophiobolinK; and subsequent separate purification is facilitated. |
