The sym-triazole bi-Schiff base compound is novel in structure, simple in synthetic method, moderate in reaction condition, simple for operation and higher in yield; a product is easy to separate and purify; the in-vitro anti-cancer activity of the sym-triazole bi-Schiff base compound is measured through an MTT method; compared with the platinum anti-cancer drugs commonly used at present, the sym-triazole bi-Schiff base compound disclosed by the invention has the advantages of being high in anti-cancer activity, good in fat solubility, low in cost and the like and can be used as raw materials for preparing drugs for treating lung adenocarcinoma, colon cancer and leukemia; and a new way is provided for developing the anti-cancer drugs. |
