titleOfInvention | Process for washing defective fluorescent tubes |
abstract | The invention discloses a process for washing defective fluorescent tubes. Defective powder tubes which are produced during production of fluorescent tubes are placed into an ultrasonic washing pool to be subjected to ultrasonic pretreatment for no less than 15 minutes, then pretreated powder tubes are manually transferred to a powder washing pool for powder washing operation, fluorescent powder is completely separated from tube walls and mixed in water of the powder washing pool, and fluorescent tubes of which the powder washing operation is finished are recovered to obtain exposed tubes; then washing liquids in the ultrasonic washing pool and the powder washing pool flows into a precipitating pool; and after tube washing water is precipitated sufficiently in the precipitating pool, a circulating water pump is started to pump filtered water into the ultrasonic washing pool and the powder washing pool, and the fluorescent powder in a filter and the precipitating pool are recycled. According to the process, an ultrasonic tube washing process is adopted, the fluorescent powder on defective powder tubes is separated and recovered to the maximum extent, and the process has the advantages of being high in fluorescent powder recovery ratio, free of reduction of quality of recovered exposed tubes, saving in raw material, free of emission, simple in technology, low in device cost and the like. |
