abstract | The invention discloses a Yixinbadiranjibuya granule which is prepared by the following method: firstly wetting the drug herb of moldavica dragonhead with ethanol at a mass concentration of 85-95% for 2-5 hours, then carrying out effusion at a speed of 2-10ml/min for 8-12 hours, then carrying out effusion with ethanol at a mass concentration of 40-60% at a speed of 5-12ml/min for 12-24 hours, collecting effusion obtained through two-time effusion, concentrating the effusion into clear paste with relative density of 1.3-1.35, and adding auxiliary materials to prepare the granule. The Yixinbadiranjibuya granule prepared by adopting the invention is small in quantity of dry paste and high in content of active ingredients. Pharmacological test results show that the granule can obviously resist isoproterenol and increase myocardial oxygen consumption and shorten the survival time of mice in the case of hypoxia, and has better effects than that prepared by a decoction extraction method. The Yixinbadiranjibuya granule has exact curative effects, does not consume energy when extracted, and is low in production cost. |
