titleOfInvention Method for utilizing acids to prepare piece-shaped carbonaceous heat source material for cigarettes
abstract The invention discloses a method for utilizing acids to prepare a piece-shaped carbonaceous heat source material for cigarettes. The method comprises the steps of mixing sodium alginate or ammonium alginate or potassium alginate with carbon powder and water, forming jelly by mixing, enabling mass ratio between sodium alginate or ammonium alginate or potassium alginate and the carbon powder to be 1:(5-45), then extruding the jelly into slices, enabling the slices to be fully contacted with acid solution with a PH value no smaller than 3, and obtaining solidified objects; enabling the solidified objects to undergo rinsing and drying to enable moisture content to reach 10-20%, and obtaining the piece-shaped carbonaceous heat source material for the cigarettes. According to the method, not only is harm caused by a glass fiber inhaled into the human body reduced, but also ignition of a carbonaceous heat source is improved, and the method has the advantages of being simple, short in production cycle and low in cost and the like.
