abstract | The invention discloses a milk tea with tartary buckwheat and quinoa. The milk tea comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-5 parts of milk and the balance being mixed pulp of tartary buckwheat and quinoa, wherein the mixed pulp of tartary buckwheat and quinoa comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1 part of mixture of boiled tender tartary buckwheat kernels and boiled tender quinoa kernels, and 6-20 parts of water; the mixture of boiled tender tartary buckwheat kernels and boiled tender quinoa kernels comprises the following components in percent by weight: 70-90% of boiled tender tartary buckwheat kernels and 10-30% of boiled tender quinoa kernels; and the milk is fresh milk or reduced liquid milk which is liquefied by adding water in milk powder. The invention also provides a production method of the milk tea with tartary buckwheat and quinoa. The milk tea with tartary buckwheat and quinoa is suitable for being drunk by people regardless of gender and age, and is especially suitable for being drunk by children, middle-aged and elderly people requiring controlling cholesterol, fat, high glucose and calories, as well as patients suffering from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and diabetes mellitus; and the milk tea has a health care efficacy. |
