After the non-oil-stick coating is sprayed on the surface or the surfaces of the bushing ring or the bushing ring and the scraper, the liquidity of lubricating oil on the surface of the ring body is improved, the problem that carbon is easily formed on the surface of the existing triple-combination oil ring to result in high oil consumption is solved, the oil consumption is lowered, and an engine can be energy-saving and environment-friendly truly.
