titleOfInvention | Quinine and uptransition rare earth nanocomposite, preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a quinine and uptransition rare earth nanocomposite, a preparation method and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises adding a aqueous rare earth salt solution with a mass concentration of 0.5-5 % into a disperse system containing 0.5-2 % of quinone compounds according to a proportion of 1 : 3-10, gradually adding an aqueous solution containing 0.5-5 % of sodium fluoride or ammonium fluoride with an amount being 0.5-2 times of a total volume with stirring, transferring to a high-pressure reaction vessel, heating to 150-300 DEG C under protection of nitrogen or argon, insulating for 8-24 hours, centrifuging to collect deposition, alternatively cleaning with ethanol and water for 3-5 times, and drying under vacuum to form the nanocomposite. The quinine and uptransition rare earth nanocomposite can be excited under near infrared, is deep in organization penetrating force and high in antineoplastic activity, and can be used a novel photosensitizer for photodynamic therapy. |
