titleOfInvention Method for preparing tobacco fragment extractives by high-pressure-puffing-flocculation and application of extractives
abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing a tobacco fragment extractive by high-pressure-puffing-flocculation and an application of the extractive, and belongs to the technical field of preparation and application of tobacco spices. The method comprises the steps as follows: (1), crushing tobacco fragments, placing the tobacco fragments into a pressure container, performing instantaneous release to ordinary pressure after pressurization, and enabling tobacco fragment particles to be fluffy; (2), performing extraction at the temperature ranging from 50 DEG C to 95 DEG C after the tobacco fragment particles are soaked in ethanol, filtering, and reserving a filtrate; (3), adding a natural polymeric flocculant in the reserved filtrate, refrigerating at the temperature ranging from subzero 4 DEG C to 4 DEG C; filtering by a filter membrane, and reserving a filtrate; and (4), concentrating the filtrate reserved by step (3) into a concentrated solution with a density of 1.0 g/mL-1.3 g/mL, and obtaining the tobacco fragment extractive. The tobacco fragment extractive is used in cut tobacco for perfuming. The method disclosed by the invention is simple, practical, easy to implement and good in extractive quality; and the extractive is applied to cigarettes, so that the fragrance, the sweetness and fragrance sending sense can be increased, and the tobacco fragrance is fine and smooth.
