Antifouling paint composition and antifouling paint |
abstract |
Disclosed is a method involving metal-containing polymer particles, an organic solvent and an acrylic polymer (P) soluble in said organic solvent. The disclosed method is for manufacturing an antifouling paint composition useful for hybrid-type antifouling paints that have good storage stability and excellent coating film dryability resulting from capillary action between the polymer particles. |
