abstract | The invention provides a sample preparation method for detecting dicyandiamide in milk powder with LC-MS (liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry). The sample preparation method comprises the following steps of: dissolving a sample in water, adding an organic extracting solution to the dissolved sample to extract, adding MgSO4 and NaCl for layering the organic extracting solution and a water phase, centrifuging the solution to obtain first liquid supernatant, adding an adsorbing material to the first liquid supernatant for purifying, centrifuging the purified first liquid supernatant to obtain second liquid supernatant, and concentrating, re-dissolving and filtering the second liquid supernatant to obtain a sample to be detected. A method for detecting dicyandiamide in milk powder with LC-MS comprises the steps of preparation of the sample and detection on dicyandiamide in milk powder by an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-triple four-level rod mass spectrum combining instrument. The sample preparation method suitable for LC-MS detection is capable of removing interference molecules through extraction and purification, and thus the accuracy of sample detection is higher. |
