abstract | The invention provides a resveratrol dimer derivative with Combretastin A-4 structure as well as a preparation and application method thereof in the technical field of medicine engineering. A series of novel structure derivatives provided with the Combretastin A-4 structures and polymerized with resveratrol dimers are designed and prepared through the analytical research of the anti-tumor activity and the structure-function relationship of reported resveratrol and derivatives thereof. The new compound prepared through preliminary anti-tumor pharmacological experiment confirmation has broad-spectrum tumor inhibitory activity on cancer cells. |
