abstract A temperature-insensitive oxygen candle, comprising the a main candle body which is formed by pressing the following raw materials by weight: 72-85 parts of sodium chlorate, 1-10 parts of fuel, 1-15 parts of stabilizing agent, 0.5-1 parts of catalyst, 2-6 parts of chlorine suppressant, and 4-10 parts of binder. An inflammable drug layer is arranged on the main candle body, a transition drug layer is arranged between the inflammable drug layer and the main candle body, and the temperature-insensitive oxygen candle of the invention may be in one layer structure that is the main candle body. The temperature-insensitive oxygen candle may be in a two-layer structure, comprising the inflammable drug layer and the main candle body. The temperature-insensitive oxygen candle of the invention may be in a three-layer structure, from top to bottom, orderly comprising: the inflammable drug layer, the transition drug layer and the main candle body. From top to bottom, in the temperature-insensitive oxygen candle of the invention, catalyst content is gradually reduced, and binder contents are gradually increased. The oxygen candle can be reliably ignited under high, lower and normal temperatures; and the oxygen candle has advantages of stabile combustion and non-flowing combustion product, is suitable for various sizes of solid oxygen generators, and is applied in the fields of ship, vessel, aviation and spaceflight, mine, self rescue when various disasters occur.
