abstract | The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a nuclear-power-used thrust disc by means of hot isostatic pressing diffusion bonding and belongs to the field of nuclear-power-used thrust disc manufacturing. The method comprises the processing steps of preparing ST12 powder and designing a packaging sheath used for hot isostatic pressing; making the outer diameter of a product 238 mm; fixing a nickel-base superalloy forged piece inside the packaging sheath; and welding the packaging sheath with the method of argon tungsten-arc welding, carrying out leakage detecting with a helium detection mass spectrometer, carrying out the hot isostatic pressing, removing the packaging sheath, and carrying out finish machining. The method for manufacturing the nuclear-power-used thrust disc by means of the hot isostatic pressing diffusion bonding has the advantages that build-up welding can be replaced, a wear-resistant layer of a large component can be even in performance and good in interface bonding strength, cost is reduced, the production cycle is shortened, metallurgical bonding of wear-resistant layer interfaces is achieved, the interface bonding strength can reach 20-40 MPA, and hardness can reach 55 HRC or higher. |
