abstract | The invention discloses a basic ionic liquid modified magnetic nanoparticle catalyst for synthesizing biodiesel and a preparation method thereof. The carrier of the catalyst is magnetic nanoparticle Fe3O4; the used modification component is basic ionic liquid; and the preparation method comprises the steps of synthesizing magnetic nanoparticle Fe3O4 and the basic ionic liquid, and combining the ethoxy of the ionic liquid and the hydroxyl of nanoparticle Fe3O4 through covalent bonding interaction to modify magnetic nanoparticle Fe3O4 so as to prepare the basic ionic liquid magnetic catalyst. The basic ionic liquid modified magnetic nanoparticle catalyst and the preparation method thereof have the advantage that used for the reaction of biodiesel synthesis, the prepared catalyst has high catalytic efficiency and can be repeated used to reduce the production cost; and the preparation method can be used as a competitive cleaning process route. |
