titleOfInvention | Aspergillus oryzae strain and application thereof to fructose-oligosaccharide fermentation production |
abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of fructose-oligosaccharide production, in particular to an Aspergillus oryzae strain and application thereof in fructose-oligosaccharide fermentation production. The Aspergillus oryzae strain BLB-27 is preserved in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on March 13, 2013 with the preservation number of CGMCC NO. 7311. By using the Aspergillus oryzae strain hybrid anaerobic fermentation conversion technology to produce fructose-oligosaccharide, investment for a strain crusher, a centrifuge and matched equipment can be saved, floor space is saved, and a large amount of energy consumption can be saved. The obtained reaction liquid is high in fructose-oligosaccharide content and light transmittance. The obtained reaction liquid is subjected to microfiltration membrane sterilization, decoloration refining, chromatograph, concentration and drying to obtain serial products of fructose-oligosaccharide. |
