abstract The invention discloses an anti-aging plastic car radiator grille and a preparation method thereof. The anti-aging plastic car radiator grille comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) plastics, 30-70 parts of PC (polycarbonate) plastics, 10-20 parts of fiberglass, and 0.1-0.5 part of an anti-aging agent, wherein the anti-aging agent is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 30-50% of beta-(4'-hydroxy-3', 5'-di-tert-butyl phenyl) octadecyl propionate, 20-40% of distearyl pentaerythritol ester, and 20-40% of 3,3'-dodecyl thiodipropionate. The anti-aging plastic car radiator grille disclosed by the invention is higher in pull-up strength, bending strength, flexural modulus and notch impact strength.
