The invention discloses antigenic epitope information recognized by a 5A12MAb antibody, amino acid residues located on the 5A12MAb antibody and participating in recognition of antigenic epitope, methods for preparing a crystal and for parsing the crystal structure, a method for determining active sites in the extracellular region of CD147 through computer modeling and molecular docking, corresponding active sites and application of the crystal, wherein application of the crystal comprises drug design based on the structure, screening and identification of an antibody, a ligand and interacting molecules and reconstruction and modification of the antibody.
