Atriplex hortensis transcriptional active protein AhPHD1, its coding gene and application |
abstract |
The invention discloses an Atriplex hortensis transcriptional active protein AhPHD1 (Atriplex hortensis plant homodomain), its coding gene and application. The protein is named as AhPHD1, and is a protein with one of the following amino acid residue sequences: 1) the sequence 2 in a sequence table; and 2) the protein that is obtained by substituting and/or deleting and/or adding an amino acid residue sequence of the sequence 2 in the sequence table with one or several amino acid residues and is related to plant stress tolerance. Experiments of the invention prove that, the Atriplex hortensis protein and its coding gene can be used for cultivating stress tolerant plant varieties, particularly salt-tolerant dicotyledon varieties. |
