titleOfInvention | Synthetic Blue-and-White Pigment Preparation Method |
abstract | This invention discloses a synthetic blue-and-white pigment preparation method. The preparation method includes the following procedures: (1) uniformly mixing 90%-95% by weight of cobalt oxide with 5%-10 % by weight of a color toner in a mixer; (2) placing the mixed materials into a refractory sagger and calcining the materials at 1250 DEG C for 30 minutes; (3) cooling the calcined materials, pulverizing the materials into particles of less than 1 mm, and then rinsing the particles with clean water, drying the particles to obtain a toner; (4) proportioning 30%-70% by weight of the toner, 20%-40% by weight of a preform body and 10%-20% by weight of a glaze grinding these materials in a ball mill into particles with the grain fineness of less than 2 microns, and drying the particles, so as to obtain the synthetic blue-and-white pigment. Mass mechanized production requirement can be met. The preparation method with wide adaptability can adjust the sintering temperature of the blue-and-white pigment and promote the fusion of the toner with the perform body and the glaze, so that the quality of products is improved.. |
