abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing spherical nickel hydroxide. The method includes dissolving nickel salt, cationic surfactants and anionic surfactants in distilled water; stirring the distilled water until the nickel salt, the cationic surfactants and the anionic surfactants are completely dissolved; adding alkaline agents into the distilled water and uniformly stirring the distilled water to obtain mixed solution; transferring the mixed solution into a high-pressure reaction kettle; enabling the mixed solution to react at the temperature ranging from 80 DEG C to 100 DEG C for 1 hour to 10 hours; filtering the mixed solution; and washing the mixed solution to obtain products which are light green sediments. The method has the advantages that the morphology is doubly controlled under the mutual exclusion action of anions and cations without controlling the reaction pH (potential of hydrogen), the adding amount of reactants and the adding speed of the reactants, an environment for doubly controlling the morphology is created in the reaction kettle, and accordingly the spherical nickel hydroxide is prepared at one step. |
