titleOfInvention Micropore aluminum orthophosphate with 10-membered ring and 8-membered ring cross pore paths and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides a micropore aluminum orthophosphate which belongs to a monoclinic system. According to the micropore aluminum orthophosphate, a space group is P21/n(14), a lattice parameter beta equals to 90.053 degrees and an inorganic framework formula is Al18P28O100. The preparation method comprises steps of: by utilizing phosphorous acid as a phosphorus source, pseudo-boehmite as an aluminium source and 1, 4-butanediamine as a template; mixing the phosphorus source, the aluminium source, the organic template and water to prepare gel according to a molar ratio of Al2O3 to P2O3 to 1, 4-butanediamine to H2O is equal to 1.0:3.0:2.0:100 or the molar ratio of Al2O3 to P2O3 to 1, 4-butanediamine to H2O to polyethylene glycol is equal to 1.0:3.0:2.0:60:14.75; hydrothermally crystallizing the gel at 160 DEG C and self-generated pressure for 4-5 days; and then cooling, washing, separating and airing at room temperature so as to obtain a product.
