abstract The invention relates to a compound herbicide composition and in particular relates to a novel compound herbicide composition which is obtained by carrying out ternary compounding on penoxsulam, carfentrazone-ethyl and bensulfuron and is applied in the rice, wheat and corn fields. The compound herbicide composition is prepared from a first active ingredient, a second active ingredient and a third active ingredient, wherein the first active ingredient is penoxsulam; the second active ingredient is carfentrazone-ethyl; the third active ingredient is bensulfuron; and the weight percent ratio of the three active ingredients is (0.1-20):(0.1-20):(0.1-20). The compound herbicide composition has the beneficial effects that the penoxsulam, carfentrazone-ethyl and bensulfuron are subjected to ternary compounding, so that the obtained new composition has a gain effect on control of weeds in the rice fields and also can reduce the overall use cost and expand the weed control spectrum.
