titleOfInvention Detection apparatus and detection method of medical relative oxidation reduction potential
abstract The invention discloses a detection apparatus and a detection method of medical relative oxidation reduction potential. The detection apparatus comprises a detecting tube and an elastic sealing plug mounted at a top opening of the detecting tube body, wherein the elastic sealing plug is provided with a first through hole and a second through hole, a detecting electrode passes through the first through hole, a communicating fine pipe passes through the second through hole, and a valve is mounted at one end of the communicating fine pipe located outside the detecting tube. The detection method comprises: (1) vacuumizing the detecting tube through the communicating fine pipe, adding reference liquid into the detecting tube, closing the valve, and detecting an oxidation reduction potential of the reference liquid; (2) opening the valve, adding to-be-detected liquid into the reference liquid, closing the valve, uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed liquid, and detecting an oxidation reduction potential of the mixed liquid; and (3) calculating a difference between the oxidation reduction potentials of the mixed liquid and the reference liquid to obtain an oxidation reduction potential of the to-be-detected liquid relative to the reference liquid.
