abstract | The present invention provides a method for preparing a seven-channel aflatoxin immunosensor and application, belongs to the technical field of food security analysis, functional nanomaterials and biosensing. The sensor integrates seven working electrodes. The production scheme includes: taking plastic as a substrate, printing conductive ink, conductive ink doped with a composite material, silver paste and insulating paste through a screen printing machine, and respectively preparing into auxiliary electrodes, working electrodes, reference electrodes and insulating layers. The composite material is composed of a 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ionic liquid and polyaniline, and a palladium nanoparticle-chitosan composite material-modified working electrode is used. Simultaneous determination of aflatoxin B1, aflatoxin B2, aflatoxin G1, aflatoxin G2, aflatoxin M1, aflatoxin M2, and total aflatoxin is realized. |
